To display your saved WLAN password in Windows, open up a command prompt.
In order to display the password, you need to specifiy the WLAN profile name by using the NETSH command.
The following command lists all wireless profiles that are configured on a Windows computer:
netsh wlan show profile
A similar output as below is being displayed, so lets focus on the highlighted example WLAN profile:

Now use the profile name to show the WLAN password (in clear text):
